At Rival Boxing Gear, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality equipment for your training and competition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original box with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is clean and shows no signs of gym use or wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
