Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your championship gear.

How do I choose the right size for boxing gloves?

Glove sizing is typically based on your body weight and the type of training you are doing. For sparring, 14oz or 16oz gloves are standard, while 10oz or 12oz are preferred for bag work. Please refer to our detailed size chart on each product page for specific measurements.

What is the difference between lace-up and hook-and-loop gloves?

Lace-up gloves provide a more secure, custom fit and better wrist support but usually require a trainer to help tie them. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) gloves allow you to put them on and take them off yourself, making them ideal for solo training sessions.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for your next bout sooner.

What is your return policy for boxing equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hand wraps and mouthguards cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

How should I clean and maintain my leather boxing gloves?

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after every session and use a specialized glove deodorizer to absorb moisture. Never leave your gloves in a closed gym bag, as this can lead to bacteria growth and odor.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Rival Boxing Gear ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at the final stage of checkout.
